This is a brand new, fitted, stretchy mock neck top - turtleneck. It is solid on the top half and has ribbing on the button half. It is ONE SIZE FITS ALL but measures very close to a size SMALL or MEDIUM with a good amount of stretch to it. It is made of 95% thick Nylon and 5% Spandex to give it a lot of stretch. It should be hand washed in cold water. When laid flat and measured the chest measurement is 26" and has about 8 inches of stretch.
